Welcome to Nexus One. By registering for or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using Nexus One. If you use Nexus One on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization where applicable.
2. Registration and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and devices, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, misuse invitations or bypass access controls.
3. Rights to the service
Nexus One designs, logos, software and service content provided by us or our licensors are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership.
4. User content and permissions
You retain ownership of messages, photos, videos, audio, files, posts, comments and other content you create, upload, send or display through Nexus One (“User Content”). You confirm that you own or have all rights and permissions needed to use that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant Nexus One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, including the right to engage necessary technical providers, to host, store, back up, reproduce, technically process, reformat, transmit and display User Content solely to operate, secure, moderate, support and improve the service according to your visibility and access settings.
The license lasts while the content is stored in the service and ends after deletion, except for limited retention in backups, legal compliance, security or dispute resolution. Copies lawfully shared with other users may remain with them after the original is deleted.
5. Conduct, safety and moderation
You must not use Nexus One for spam or unauthorized advertising; malware; intellectual-property violations; threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, violence or other unlawful activity; unlawful disclosure of personal data; or attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts and systems.
We may investigate reports, limit distribution, remove content, suspend features or block accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce law, these Terms or user and service safety. Report abuse through the app or at support@nexus-one.ru.
6. App Store subscriptions and purchases
Paid iPhone and iPad features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store. Price, billing period and any trial are shown before purchase. Apple processes payment and manages subscription changes, cancellation and refunds under its rules. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally preserves access through the paid period.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Nexus One is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated, where security requires it, or where law obliges us. You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation unless a corporate agreement or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published here. Material changes affecting user rights will be communicated in a reasonable way.
