This Privacy Policy explains how the Nexus One application and Nexus One (“we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, store and protect personal data. Nexus One provides communication and teamwork features that may include chats, projects, tasks, calendars, events, meetings, calls, file sharing and notifications.
1. Data we may process
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- Account and profile data: name, email, phone number, user ID, profile photo, job title, company, team and workspace role.
- Contacts: address-book contacts only after you grant system permission and enable the relevant feature.
- Workspace content: projects, tasks, comments, checklists, events, meetings, deadlines and attachments.
- Communications: messages and related metadata, including participants, timestamps, delivery and read status.
- Calls and meetings: participants, connection status, start and end times, and technical service data.
- Files and media: photos, videos, audio, documents, voice messages and other attachments you upload or send.
- Precise location: only with system permission and when you choose to share or live-share your location.
- Device, usage and diagnostics: device identifiers, push tokens, app and operating-system versions, device model, language, time zone, session data, product interactions, crashes, performance and security events.
- Authentication data: information required to sign in, including encrypted credentials handled by the authentication provider and third-party sign-in data when available.
- Purchase history: product and transaction identifiers, transaction status and Premium entitlement state. Apple processes card details; we do not receive them.
- Support requests: your message, contact details, diagnostics and attachments.
- Website analytics: if you consent, Yandex Metrica counter 112154715 may process browser, device, IP address, referral, page-view, click and scroll data using cookies or similar technologies.
Website analytics are enabled only after your choice. You can change it on the Privacy Choices page. Yandex processing is also governed by the Yandex Privacy Policy.
2. Device permissions
Nexus One may request access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, notifications and Face ID or the device passcode only to provide the corresponding feature. Face ID biometric data is not sent to us or stored on our servers; the operating system returns only the authentication result.
3. How we use data
- Create and maintain accounts.
- Provide chats, projects, tasks, calendars, meetings, calls and synchronization.
- Deliver push and in-app notifications.
- Secure accounts, workspaces and infrastructure.
- Process support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
- Activate Premium, restore purchases and prevent payment fraud.
- Diagnose crashes and performance, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use this data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the situation, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, provide the service, pursue legitimate interests in security and reliability, act on your consent, or comply with law.
5. When data may be shared
We do not sell personal data. We may share only what is necessary with your organization or workspace administrator; infrastructure, authentication, communication and notification providers; Apple for purchases and APNs; Yandex for consent-based site analytics; authorities where legally required; or parties to a permitted business reorganization subject to data-protection requirements.
6. Organizations and workspaces
If you use Nexus One through an employer or another organization, that organization may manage access, workspace membership and workspace content. Some business records may remain after your personal access is removed where required for the organization’s legitimate operations or legal duties.
7. International processing
Service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational and technical safeguards.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with law and resolve disputes. Retention periods depend on the data type, your settings, workspace requirements and applicable law. Backups may retain deleted data for a limited period before scheduled removal.
9. Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, monitoring and other technical and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure, so users must also protect their accounts and devices.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; manage device permissions; change analytics preferences; or delete your account. 11. Children
Nexus One is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal data unlawfully, contact us.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way.
